Education & Outreach

Mocean’s work as  an artistic catalyst is based in professional and community activity and the intersection of these two elements.

We engage with the public through workshops and residencies in schools, libraries, and other public venues. Through community programming, we serve as a platform to share embodiment and wellness practices, and explorations of individual and collective creative potential.

We support the artistic vitality in our professional community by providing open company classes, specialized workshops with guest artists, and by nurturing creative practice through research, choreographic labs, and mentorship programs.
