Annapolis Royal Community Arts Council (ARCAC), NS
Mocean created a new work with Nova Scotia-based choreographer Lisa Phinney Langley, in honour of ARCAC’s 25th Anniversary. Performance at King’s Theatre September 21.

September 23-29, 2007 
The Osprey Arts Centre, Shelburne, NS
Mocean returned to Shelburne where they continued to work with Lisa Phinney Langley on her new work during a week-long residency. In addition to conducting community workshops, the company concluded the week with a performance of The Reaction Project at The Osprey Arts Centre.

Live Art Anniversary Showcase, Halifax, NS
Mocean Dance joined other acclaimed Atlantic Canadian artists to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Live Art Dance Productions.

Contact East 2007, Liverpool, NS
Mocean joined artists from across the country, showcasing at the Atlantic Presenters’ Association’s Contact East Conference in Liverpool, NS.

Orange Krush, Annual Fundraising Gala, Halifax, NS
Mocean presented their third annual fundraising gala at the McInnes Room, Dalhousie University.  Their nearly 300 guests enjoyed an inticing silent auction, an energy-packed performance and dancing to the Steve Dooks Dance Band.

January 12, 17-19, 2008
Wolfville, NS
Residency activities and workshops on the 12th, 17th and 18th were followed by Mocean’s premiere performance at the Festival Theatre, one of Nova Scotia’s most celebrated venues. The performance on the 19th was part of the Acadia Performing Arts Series.

Mocean conducted a day of workshops for students, adults and community groups as part of the theatre’s Dance Workshop Series.

Mocean was thrilled to offer a creation-based residency for the Kingswood Gymnasts and an evening performance at one of New Brunswick’s most prestigious theatres.

Two for Two, Kinetic Studio Mainstage, Neptune's Studio Theatre, Halifax, NS
Kinetic Studio presented Rescue Left Her to Her Plight by Toronto choreographer Susie Burpee featuring Mocean Dance.  The evening also included Invidia, a premiere by Halifax choreographer Susanne Chui.

Given the Circumstances, Sir James Dunn Theatre, Halifax, NS
Mocean Dance presented their home season production featuring four new works by four choreographers (Carolle Crooks Fernando, Sara Harrigan, Lesandra Dodson and Lisa Phinney Langley), each working from a common seed of inspiration.
