A native of France, Philippe Dupeyroux has been working in contemporary dance for 20 years. He was technical director at Centre National de Danse Contemporaine d’Angers before moving to Montréal in 1991. He was technical director for Tangente for two years and was technical director for José Navas and Company Flak for four years, creating nine lighting designs for the company. He is currently lighting designer for Irene Stamou, Isabelle VanGrimde, Dominique Porte, Roger Sinha, Deborah Dunn, Échine Do, Sally Morgan, Sarah Soy Stoker, Les Demi-Lunes Violentes, Genevieve La, and Gwen Noah.
