Moving With Mocean

Engage your body-mind connection with a free movement class led by Mocean Dance!

Designed for inclusivity and aimed to create a sense of community in a creative atmosphere, this open community class will awaken your breath connection, mobilize your joints, and bring a little extra movement excitement to your day. We will lead class participants in a gentle warm-up designed to engage your physical senses and activate your weight flow through a playful approach to movement. This class will use a variety of music to lift your spirit and challenge your rhythmic flow.

“…how much I enjoyed the session at the library. I am 74 years old and have not felt younger in years. I felt so free and relaxed in your style, anyone any age would feel at home and the joy in their bodies.”  ~ Library Class Participant, Bonnie Yaren
